Getting to Bursa from Istanbul : You have the following alternatives.

1. Take a ferry from YENIKAPI to Bursa. There are 2 or 3 ferries a day. It will take 75 minutes. Visit the WEB site http://www.ido.com.tr/en/index.cfm for the details.

2. Take a ferry from YENIKAPI to YALOVA. There are 4 or 5 ferries a day. It will take 60 minutes. Take a bus at from YALOVA to Bursa. (The busses will be waiting for the ferry. Visit the WEB site http://www.ido.com.tr/en/index.cfm for the details.)

3. Go to the ESENLER intercity bus station (In Turkish : ESENLER Sehirlerarasi Otobus Istasyonu). There are busses in every 30 minutes. Bus travel will take 3.5 hours.
