International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering, ELECO 2025, will be held in Bursa, Turkey, from 27 to 29 November 2025.

ELECO 2025 is jointly organized by Bursa Uludag University; Istanbul Technical University (ITU); and the Chamber of Turkish Electrical Engineers (EMO), Bursa Branch.

Within the scope of ELECO Conferences, which are organized internationally in odd years and nationally in even years, thirteen international conferences (ELECO 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2023) and thirteen national conferences (ELECO 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2024) have been organized with IEEE support since 1999.

The conference aims to provide a forum for electrical engineers and scientists in academia and industry, to present their works and to share their experiences in the area of electrical and electronics engineering.

Your contributions, presenting original work, are expected in the form of regular papers, special session papers, by the deadline of September 9, 2025.

Proposals from potential Special Session organisers are also expected by the same deadline, addressing more specific topics within the general scope of the conference.

Embracing the broad scope of the technical program it was probably the largest international electrical and electronics engineering conference ever held in Turkey.
