The purpose of the special session is to provide a close look at the state-of-the-art and current research in special areas that fall within the general scope of the conference.

Special session proposals can be submitted to the conference vice president, Prof. Dr. Gunes Yilmaz (gunesy@uludag.edu.tr) until September 6, 2025.

Special Session Program

Special sessions consist of a minimum of four and a maximum of six papers. The formation of a special session is carried out by the special session organizer. Special session papers must also be prepared in accordance with the writing rules required for ELECO papers.

Paper Submission Procedure

For special sessions, the deadline for online paper submissions is the same as for regular papers. Authors submit their special session papers through ELECO's online paper submission system and check the checkbox corresponding to the special session on the submission page.

Reviewing Process

Special session papers are subject to the same reviewing process as other papers. The reviewing process of special session papers is followed by the special session organizer.

Accepted special session papers will be published together with the conference papers.
