A New Low Voltage Operational Transresis tance Amplifier and Its Applications in Analog Circuit Design

In this paper, a very low voltage transimpedance amplifier is proposed. The usefulness of the amplifier is illustrated by providing its applications in biquad, high-order filter and oscillator design. The circuits operate with a single 0.5V power supply and consumes very low power. In order to show the usefulness of the proposed circuits, detailed simulation results with Spectre in Cadence Design environment are obtained.
