ELECO 2017 10th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on ELECTRICAL and ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

Camera-ready papers should be uploaded by the corresponding author through the conference site no later than October 27, 2017.

All camera-ready papers should adhere both to ELECO 2017 paper format, and to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.
Also, the copyright form should be properly sent to the conference secretariat.

Otherwise, we will not be able to include the papers in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.

Please check the guidelines below.

A) Preparation of IEEE Xplore Compatible pdf File

ELECO 2017 has been registered for use of IEEE PDF eXpress™ . To prepare your camera-ready paper, use IEEE PDF eXpress™ service.

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

The access to IEEE PDF eXpress Service is from http://www.pdf-express.org/log.asp with Conference ID: 41926X.

Steps for submission

1. Create your manuscript(s)
2. Proofread and check layout of manuscript according to the ELECO 2017 guidelines (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress.)
3. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account (see "Procedure" below)
4. Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking
5. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
6. Upload the final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s).

Until the deadline October 27, you can access your paper and modify it. After the deadline, the system will pick up the papers automatically and you no longer will be able to access it.
