Selected papers included in the technical program will be published in a Special Issue of IJATES2 "International Journal of Advances in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Signals and Systems" (http://www.ijates.org) The journal’s scope covers all the aspects of telecommunication, signal processing, theory and design of circuits and systems for electronics. The authors of the selected papers suitable to the scope of the journal will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers in English. All extended papers are subject for another review.
