Camera-Ready Paper Submission

Congratulations on your accepted paper for ELECO 2015 !
You can upload your final paper using the conference online paper submission system.

Please, make sure to follow the below steps in sequential order to successfully upload your paper.

1) Before you begin the submission process

The proceedings of ELECO 2015 will be included in IEEE Xplore® database, one of the most comprehensive interdisciplinary engineering databases in the world.
Since all accepted papers will be archived in the IEEE Xplore® System, it is mandatory that your PDF file should comply with the IEEE rules.
Considering the possible difficulties you may experience while creating IEEE compliant PDF version of your paper, we have subscribed to IEEE PDF Xpress service.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free, online service that allows you to either convert your manuscript into compatible PDFs or to submit your own PDFs for compatibility testing.
Please note that PDF Xpress only creates the PDF files for you, and you should still submit the converted file to Online Submission section.
In order to prepare your PDF for ELECO 2015 submission, follow the instructions for using IEEE PDF eXpress.

Note that all papers must also conform to ELECO Formatting Guidelines.
Make sure that you use either this MS Word template or this LaTeX class files .

2) Submission process

For each paper, a completed and duly signed Copyright Form must be prepared.

NOTE: At least ONE author of each paper must register by November 15, 2015. During the registration process, please enter the paper ID of the paper.

No Show Policy
The organizers can leave out a paper from the final proceedings submitted to IEEE Xplore in case it is not presented on the conference.
